Learn the life-saving skills of the Heimlich Maneuver and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation. This comprehensive course is offered for new instructors and/or those who have already taken CPR and meets the requirements for fitness certification and medical professionals. Participants may study the skills for adult rescue or learn rescue skills for the adult, child, and baby. Medical professionals are required to take a certification examination.
