Registration and Cancellation Policies and
Procedures Registration Policy
The Fitness Firm programs may involve the
performance of a variety of aerobic exercise routines and other
strenuous activities. A medical examination and medical clearance
by a physician prior to participation is recommended.
Your completed registration will serve as acknowledgment
that you have been informed of the need to obtain medical approval
prior to participation in this or any exercise program. Participation
in this program is voluntary. The Fitness Firm will not be held
responsible for participant health status and any resultant
injury or mishap that may effect your health or well being in
any way. Additionally, the program instructor, facility or any
persons associated with the program shall be held harmless of
responsibility.
Cancellation / Transfer Policy
As we base our programs and materials on
the number of paid participants, we do not refund registration
fees for training programs or workshops. We will gladly transfer
fees from cancellations received with 7 days notice to other
Fitness Firm programs. We reserve the right to cancel programs
and will refund any fees from cancelled programs. |
